Chow Chow

Restaurant inspired by the Japanese country. The design is based on an exciting minimalism, and seeks to maintain an energy balance, always respecting nature as a fundamental value.

Natural elements have been used, such as wood, leather or stone, achieving an imperfect beauty (wabi-sabi), which evolves over time and with the environment. The fundamental principles for the project’s development are kanketsu (simplicity), iki (elegant sobriety) and ma (give weight only to the necessary elements).
